Rob is an accomplished leader with a unique blend of expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and business development. His early career was marked by $26MM in sales at BzzAgent, a Word of Mouth Marketing company, with clients including Sun Microsystems, Philips, SC Johnson, Kraft and Bacardi. 

Rob's foresight into the power of AI led him to create ProctorCam, Inc., an online security tool for professional certifications. Rob effectively used AI, facial recognition, and computer vision technologies to enhance online security for Pearson, Boston University, Microsoft exams as well as hundreds of other customers. The company was acquired by Pearson in 2015 and now used by over 3M users annually. 

Guzman's ambition brought him to the United States as a Fulbright Scholar, earning his Master of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University. During his tenure in the U.S., he gained invaluable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Amazon,  a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, and as a Software Engineer at Lattice Automation. He is instrumental in developing software for synthetic biology applications displayed proficiency in full-stack development, leveraging AWS services, OpenAI, Python, and React.

Today, Guzman brings his global experience and comprehensive skill set to Reefinery. He divides his time between developing sophisticated AI solutions for our clients and educating future software engineers as a professor at Universidad ORT Uruguay. 

Panagiotis ("Panos"), a passionate data scientist and tech entrepreneur, hails from Thessaloniki, Greece. His academic journey started with a BS in Mathematics, leading him to an "M.Sc. in Data & Web Science." 

After obtaining his master's degree, he joined a fintech AI startup, specializing in financial machine learning for high-frequency algorithmic trading. His impressive portfolio includes demand forecasting, fraud detection, and financial advisory systems development. His time at Shopify as a full-stack Data Scientist further amplified his experience across various stages of the data pipeline.

Panos's vast skill set includes Python, Large Language Models, Algorthim Developement, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data engineering.

Andrew boasts a successful career spanning multiple years in the IT and services industry. A graduate of Deakin University with a Bachelor of Computing focusing on Computer Science and Software Development, Andrew excels in Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Project Management. 

Currently serving as a full-time IT Software Developer at Siemens in Bayswater, Victoria, Australia, Andrew has previously contributed to Seventh Beam and Metricon as a contract Software Developer and Solution Designer, respectively.
